With over 18" of new snow we will be out with the groomers for the upcomming weekend. Please use caution as there was some drifting with the storm. Also be aware we will be out day or night grooming. Please pay attention to the logging signs as we have active logging in several section of our trail system. Ride safe SSH.

Gates have been opened. Use caution as early season conditions exist. A larger section of the Mcarty Road will be plowed this year with active logging so please use extra caution as there is not a lot of room for sleds and trucks.

4/8/2014 - After a great season we will be closing the trails today, even with all the snowpack, there are bare spots starting to show up on some lawns. I would like to thank all our landowners that make our sport possible and also all the volunteers that work countless hours to keep the trails in great shape! Landwoner appreciation dinner will be held at 5pm on 4/27 at the Solon Masonic hall. Have a great summer! SSH

Woke up this morning to a few inches of new snow, followed by some sleet with a little rain mixed in. With warm temps forecasted for next week grooming operations will be suspended for now. Still lots of snow out there!
